Users (parents or guardians) can create, personalize, and share these stories within the app, offering a truly immersive experience. This document outlines the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions governing your use of TaleMake. By using our app, you agree to the practices and rules described in this document.

• User Prompts: Collected to generate personalized stories and illustrations using AI.
• Shared Content: Stories shared within the app may be accessible to other users.

Children's Privacy: TaleMake is designed for use by parents or guardians, and children under the age of 13 cannot register an account. Parents or guardians are responsible for creating and managing the account on behalf of their child. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If it is discovered that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, such data will be promptly deleted. Personal data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted. Shared content may remain accessible to other users unless removed before account deletion. You can request to delete your account or obtain a copy of your data by contacting us at support@talemake.app. To delete shared content, users must manually remove it from the app before account deletion.

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except for the following services:

• AI Services: Third-party AI services may process user prompts to generate content but do not retain personal data.
• Firebase: Used for authentication and security management.
• Mixpanel: Used for analytics, collecting anonymized data on user interactions, including feature usage and performance metrics. No personally identifiable information is tracked.
• Third-Party Links: TaleMake may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. We encourage users to review third-party privacy policies.

7. International Data Transfers

As a global service, your data may be transferred to countries with different data protection laws. In such cases, we ensure compliance with applicable laws, such as the GDPR, by implementing appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses or similar).

We use Mixpanel to track anonymized user interactions within the app. These analytics help us improve the user experience. No personal data is collected through this tracking.

16. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of Generated Content: You own the stories and illustrations generated by our AI based on your prompts. By sharing content within the app, you grant Zidasoft and other users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your shared content. This license will terminate when the content is removed from the app.
• User Content Responsibility: You retain ownership of the content you create but must ensure it does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.
• Content Moderation: Zidasoft reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove content that violates our guidelines. Users are encouraged to report any violations.

17. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases for additional content or features are non-refundable unless required by law. For any purchase issues, contact support@talemake.app.

18. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to mediation or arbitration before being taken to the competent courts in Bulgaria.

19. Limitation of Liability

• General Liability: Zidasoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TaleMake. The app is provided "as is" without warranties.
• User Content Liability: You are responsible for the content you share within TaleMake. Zidasoft is not liable for claims, damages, or disputes arising from your content, including intellectual property infringement, defamation, or privacy violations.

20. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app, and the "Effective Date" will be updated.
